Tasting notes: Dark ruby red colour, almost black.
The nose explodes with ripe fruit (small black berries, prunes)
and spices. It has an excellent structure with smooth tannins,
good depth and some glycerine.
Aged 12 up to 15 months in oak barrels with 1/3 renew yearly.
Fining with egg whites.
Wines are moved into barrels straightway after the fermenting
to start the malolactic fermentation.
