Tasting notes: 2011 is a fine quality vintage for Cabernet Sauvignon,
with beautiful balance. Aromas on the palette range from
fruity to ripe, a smooth and full body.

The 2011 vintage confirms the step up in quality begun in 2010.
Another significant aspect of 2011 was the limited use of chemical
treatments – just 3 times against mildew and oidium. We were also
very careful when sorting in the vineyard.
